A lot a of people had a good time at the recent Rascal Flatts Show in Des Moines, but I don't think anyone had as much fun as Elizabeth. She is Downs Syndrome & is a hugh fan of country music. This concert was awesome for her, and Gary was so sweet to her after the concert.
