Marshalltown Man Arrested on Child Endangerment Charges

The Marshalltown Police Department arrested a 38 year-old man early Wednesday morning at 1509 Marion Street. The suspect is identified as Roberto Mora Madrigal who was charged with Child Endangerment Substantial Risk and Public Intoxication, 1st Offense.
