A fatal motorcycle accident with a semi truck Monday night in Marshalltown. According to a report from the Marshalltown Police Department it happened at North 3rd Avenue and Marion Street. The name of the victim has not been released yet. The accident took place at around 9:25 p-m. The driver of the motorcycle died at the scene. An investigation continues. North 3rd Avenue had to be closed for a time while the investigation took place.
