Storms moved their way through Iowa Wednesday evening. Marshalltown recieved a half inch worth of rain but no storm damage if you will. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch was issued by the National Weather Service and there were Severe Thunderstorm Warnings issued for Story and Marshall Counties but nothing of real consequence. In the region Boone had a 60 mile per hour wind gust and hail, Story City had an inch and a tenth of rain, Ogden got an inch of rain and Randall reported thunderstorm wind damage in a rural area adjacent to that community. Around the state an apparent tornado flipped a camper and snapped power lines at Halibur Iowa.
