A Grinnell man apparently didn’t like the way a vehicle was parked. Whatever the reason, Duane Graham was taken into custody he fired more than once into the empty vehicle, ignored commands to drop his weapon but eventually dropped the shotgun while walking through a yard. This all took place during the early morning hours Tuesday near spring Street and 5th Avenue.
Graham has been charged with criminal mischief and reckless use of a firearm.
