The Human resources manager at JBS has been tabbed to fill a vacancy on the Marshalltown School Board.

Niko Aguirre was approved by the board over two other candidates to finish out the term of the recently resigned Ross Harris. Ashtyn Beek and John Johnson were also interviewed by the school board yesterday for the opening. Aguirre’s seat along with those of three other board members will be up for election come November.
