Be careful out there.
That was the message from Ames Police last night after a runner was possibly stabbed between East 5th and East 7th Street.
On a Facebook post, Ames Police said the runner was assaulted by a white male, possibly wearing a dark shirt with lettering. Police said they don’t have much information, but said there is an ongoing threat to the public.
