A late field goal by Baylor spoiled a huge fourth-quarter rally by Iowa State in a 23-21 loss in Waco. Trailing 20-0 entering the fourth quarter the Cyclones scored three touchdowns to take a 21-20 lead but the defense could not get the final stop. Despite the loss Cyclone coach Matt Campbell was proud of his team.

The bounce-back will be the focus on Saturday when the Horned Frogs of TCU invade Jack Trice Stadium.
