If you have twisted and turned to get around those pesky road cones sprinkled along Hwy 14 in Marshalltown, it could all be over next week!  The Iowa DOT is saying they believe the construction will be over by then or the week of October 28th.  The 3.1 Million dollar project had been going on throughout the 2019.
