An attic fire rustled Marshalltown firefighters out of bed early this morning.
The blaze at 206 N. 1st Avenue was reported just before two this morning. Firefighters found the cause of the fire to be in the attic of the two-story multifamily residence. Crews put the fire out with no injuries reported.
