An Oskaloosa woman is dead after a three-vehicle crash on Highway 21 Tuesday morning.

Teresa Vanzee died after a semi hit her car as part of the chair reaction accident just after nine yesterday morning.

a car driven by Matthew Morgan of West Des Moines ran into the semi driven by Richard Mortensen of Grinnell.

Mortensen then lost control of the semi and hit a third car, driven by VanZee.

VanZee was pronounced dead at the scene.

Morgan and Mortensen were taken to Unity Point Hospital in Grinnell.
