The South Tama Community School District recently asked folks about what to do with an aging Middle School Building. The results were overwhelmingly in favor of doing something. OVer 500 district residents responded to the survey, according to Superintendent Dr. Jared Smith.
The survey also showed that 77 percent of those who responded would likely support a bond issue on a future ballot.
The next step is where to go from here. Dr. Smith says a workshop will be held with an architect at the next school board meeting on December 2nd to look at options.
