It was a short and sweet Marshalltown City Council meeting last night with little discussion on most of the agenda items. With a 2020 planning session slated for next week, City Administrator Jessica Kinser gave an overview of how the 2019 goals have progressed, which all things considered have been pretty well.

On another topic, the Council did approve an agreement with Bolton and Menk to move ahead with Phase 1 planning and construction services for West End Park.
