The Marshalltown Plan Zoning Commission has a busy agenda for its final meetings of 2019 this afternoon. Among the agenda items is a discussion on potential rezoning along North 3rd Avenue as part of the Highway 14 project. Community Development Director Michelle Sphonheimer says the discussion will be based on the study from 2018.
Also on the agenda, the extension and development of East Merle Hibbs Road. The Plan Zoning meetings begins at five tomorrow in Council Chambers.
