How Ames may grow over the next twenty years is among the topics at tonight’s Ames City Council meeting.

The Ames Plan 2040: Live, Grow, Belong is a multi-step update to the previous Land Use Police Plan developed in 1997.

After the Council okays moving forward with the plan, a complete draft of Ames Plan 2040 will be shared with residents later this Spring.
