One man is dead and another charged with his murder after an incident at the Marshalltown Residential Facility last week.

Adam Younis was arrested on Friday and faces involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Derek Jones. Jones was living at the facility under probation supervision, Younis was enrolled in a work-release program. Younis is also charged with delivery of a controlled substance.
