Many area school districts are ramping up grab-and-go lunches for the kids around Central Iowa. Among schools rolling out programs, are all those in Story County, BCLUW, and Grundy Center among others. Check with your district about the availability of these free lunches for the kiddos.

Starting today in Marshalltown, the district will begin delivering grab and go meals via school buses. Six buses will run routes throughout the district to deliver sandwiches, cereal, fruit, veggies and other items.
