More cases in Tama, Story, Jasper and Poweshiek Counties were among the 52 new cases of Covid-19 confirmed by the Iowa Department of Public Health yesterday.

Those 52 bring the total in Iowa to 549. There have been over 73-hundred negative tests to date.

There were two more Covid-19 related deaths announced as well, one in Polk County, the other in Washington County.
