Regionally, Governor Kim Reynolds says that region 6, northeast Iowa, has reached the 10 rating on the assessment scale.  A spike in cases in Black Hawk County, combined with confirmed outbreaks nursing homes pushed the state’s rating system to the point that triggered the governor’s action for 14 northeast Iowa counties.

That region includes Grundy County. All gathering are required to be limited to people in the immediate households, with the exceptions of funerals, weddings and religious gatherings of less than ten people.
