A big jump in COVID-19 cases reported today by the Iowa Department of Public Health…521 of them, for a total of 4,445. The number of coronavirus related deaths reported were 11 for a count of 107.

Marshall County reported 32 new cases for 271, Tama added 11 for 236. Jasper has 73, Poweshiek now with 39 on the heels of the long-term care facility outbreak at St. Francis Manor.

The number of negative tests now roughly 27 and a half thousand.
