It’s another weekend and that means Iowa’s lakes and rivers will again busy. Iowa D-N-R boating law administrator Susan Stocker, says the crowds aren’t going away — especially with all the unseasonably warm weather we’ve been having.

In addition to all the usual safety rules, stocker reminds that any children 12 and under must wear a lifejacket at all times on a vessel underway in Iowa.
