Five people were hospitalized after a two-car crash in Grundy County.

The Sheriff’s office says Angelic Pugh of Chicago was headed east on Highway 20 when she drove on to the shoulder, overcorrected and went through the median hitting a westbound car driver by Marvin Coblentz of Wellsburg, pushing that vehicle into the ditch where the car caught fire.

Pugh and her passenger, one-year-old Tyler Pugh were taken to Grundy County Memorial. Colblentz and two passengers in his car, Isabel Coblentz and three-year-old Ava Coblentz were all taken to Allen Hospital in Waterloo.
