The City of Marshalltown has set up The Home Clean-up Hotline for residents in the midst of, yes, cleanup.

To log your damages and needs, please call 844-965-1386.  This provides volunteer disaster response groups with access to your information and reach out to you directly.  Team Rubicon and other disaster response groups will be checking this system.
