If you are one of 729 people who reside in Ames precinct 1-4, check that absentee ballot. It may not be for you.

The Ames Tribune reports voters in Ames precinct 1-4 received the ballot for precinct 4-1. The only difference between the two is the Iowa House race, but still, in this election cycle, it’s not the best of looks. The Story County auditor’s office narrowed the error to ballots mailed Oct. 5, so ballots postmarked after that date will be correct.
