One additional fatality in Marshall County and 849 new confirmed cases of COVID on the state’s rona website this morning.

The virus-related death in Marshall County brings the county total to 36. The state death count now 1,419.

The state wide number of cases now at 95,205 with the positivity rate up to 11.4 percent when it comes to testing.

There were new cases reported in each of the seven counties we track in Central Iowa.
