It’s nippy out there…and for the next few days, it isn’t going to get any better, says National Weather Service Meteorologist Brad Small.
Small says they are predicting accumulations tomorrow (Sunday) of one inch from central Iowa to the south — and then larger amounts moving to the north.
Then cold temperatures will follow, with some possible records set the beginning of the week. The cold temperatures will follow.
The culprit? Small says it’s just a matter of the cold weather pattern being stuck over the state.
