More hospitalizations, more cases and one more fatality in our immediate seven-county area. That’s the bottom line this morning from the state’s COVID-19 website

32 more Iowans were hospitalized last night for another record total of 596, with 136 of those in ICU’s.

1,414 new cases overall, 36 in Story County, 24 in Marshall County for a total of 119.049 and another tick up in the positivity testing rate to 12.6%

11 additional deaths, one in Grundy County, for a state total of 1,679.
