The deadline to register is this Monday at 11:59 pm. That is also the deadline to apply for a U.S. Small Business Administration low-interest disaster loan.

If you don’t register, you’ll be out of luck if you come across residual damage after the deadline.

So, farm more than $28 million dollars in federal assistance has been approved for counties including Marshall, Tama, Story, Jasper and Poweshiek.
