As the Marshalltown Company continues to expand its physical footprint in the community with the expansion of its facilities, it is also expanding into new categories for contractors and consumers alike.

The latest move is into snow removal tools with the acquisition of the Minnesota based Avalanche! company. The new product line will help folks keep their roofs from ice and snow jams during the winter.

Director of Marketing Jon Vance says Avalanche will join another recent release of Polar Pushers, which are designed to help push snow around for removal, rather than shovel it.
