A reported “backlog” by the Iowa Department of Public Health bounced the number of rona related deaths in the state by 324 since Friday. The Statewide total now 4,901. The updated count added four deaths in Marshall County, three in Poweshiek County, two each in Tama and Jasper counties and one each in Story and Hardin Counties. Marshall Counties toll to date now at 68.

Since Saturday morning, nearly 11-hundred new confirmed cases of COVID-19 added to the website; 28 in Story County, 16 in Jasper County and 9 in Marshall County.
