Iowa State faltered late and remains winless in the Big 12. The Cyclones made only two of their final 17 shots and lost at TCU 79-76. ISU had a chance to send the game to overtime but Tre Jackson’s three pointer missed the mark as the Cyclones fall to 0-9 in the Big 12. Coach Steve Prohm

TCU dominated the glass and outrebounded the Cyclones 51-34. The Clones return to action tomorrow night at Kansas.

The Iowa State women were outscored 18-8 by Oklahoma in the opening quarter and never recovered in a 67-61 loss in Norman. The Cyclones shot a chilly 38 percent.

Coach Bill Fennelly also noted his team was just nine of 35 from three point range.

Iowa State is 12-8 overall and 8-5 in the Big 12.
