Opening statements in the murder trial of Christian Bahena Rivera will begin today after a jury was seated yesterday.

8 women and 7 men make up the pool of 12 jurors and alternates. Rivera is accused of murdering Mollie Tibbetts of Brooklyn nearly 3 years ago.
