A jury in Davenport will resume deliberations on the case against the man accused of murdering 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts later today. It’s been nearly three years since she was killed while jogging in her hometown. Prosecutor Scott Brown delivered closing arguments yesterday morning.
After Brown spoke to the jury for an hour, Bahena Rivera’s defense attorney Chad Frese presented his closing arguments, noting no murder weapon has been found and there were no eyewitnesses to the killing.
