After shutting down its nine beef processing plants yesterday due to a ransomware attack, JBS says it expects the vast majority of its plants to operational today.

The JBS pork facility in Marshalltown curtailed its kill floor operations yesterday, but they are back online with most lines operating today. A Facebook post shows only those on rub work and loin boning are not to work today.
