An Amber Alert was issued and then cancelled within a two hour time frame last night. Authorities issued the alert to find 5-year old Abel Lee Keil. Keil was believed to have been taken from Jackson County yesterday afternoon.

Keil was safe when found along with 46-year old Jeremy Keil and 35-year old Amy Burick around 10:30 in Anamosa. The Jackson County Sheriff’s office says the Amber Alert may have been issued in error.
