The announcement late last week that the Dave Wright automobile franchises were being acquired by Karl Chevrolet has led to a lot of speculation about the future of the Buick, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep availability in Marshalltown. Tony Mills, head of Marketing for the Karl group they are excited to be part of a market that has been good in the past to the Karl brand.

Mills says the purchase is still going through the approval process with the factories but adds Karl has a track record of retaining 90 per cent of employees when they acquire a franchise…and even expand the employee base.
