If you like ribs, hot off the grill and prepared to perfection, you may want to get to the Cartwright Farmers Market tomorrow morning, as the big grill from JBS will be preparing ribs in support of Iowa River Hospice. The ribs will be available beginning at nine a.m….and the suggested donation for a full rack of ribs is $20.00

Iowa River Hospice Community Liaison Rhonda Miller says if you never seen JBS work this 30 by 30 grill, that along may up your grilling game. If the ribs sell out, the JBS meat meisters will have some other product available through noon.
