As we wind our way through the end of summer, the City of Marshalltown is winding its way towards the end of some projects. Public Works Director Justin Nickel notes that the city’s portion of the extension of East Merle Hibbs is basically complete.

Nickel adds that the work on the parking lot at First Street and Church Street is also complete. Both of the projects, he adds, may need some final landscaping touches.
