A relatively uneventful evening in chambers for the Marshalltown City Council. Among the items discussed, the Council approved a Community Development Block Grant applications for the residential portion of the Willard’s project, along with backing some Tax Increment Financing for the building’s renovation. The Council also was presented an update on borrowing for the next fiscal year.
