As of shortly before 10:00 pm, 6 of 19 precincts plus absentee ballots had been counted in Marshall County. Joel Greer is well on his way to a second term as Marshalltown Mayor with a commanding lead over challenger Serina Stabenow.

As far as the two At-Large positions for the Marshalltown City Council up for grabs, Jeff Schneider and Barry Kell have the early lead.
