It was a busy night for the Zebras in Ames. Refs whisted a total of 57 fouls as Iowa State made TJ Otzelberger a winner in his debut as Cyclone head coach with an 84-73 win over Kennesaw State. It wasn’t pretty but it was a win in T.J. Otzelberger’s debut as Iowa State coach as the Cyclones beat Kennesaw State 84-73. The teams combined to commit 57 fouls.

Minnesota transfer Gabe Kalscheur had 19 points as the Cyclones snapped an 18 game losing streak. ISU takes on Oregon State Friday night.
