Iowa State All-American running back Breece Hall has played his list game as a Cyclone. Hall announced over there weekend that he was declaring for the NFL draft after his just-completed junior season. His mother confirmed to the Des Moines Register that her son would not suit up versus Clemson for the December 29th Cheez-It Bowl.
