State Representative Sue Cahill of Marshalltown is among those who are working to better improve Iowa’s child care industry. Cahill further addressed the topic during a recent “Ask the Newsmakers” segment on KFJB Radio with Kyle Martin.

According to Cahill, stability of the child care profession is a key issue when it comes to making changes for the better within the industry.

Cahill says there’s also an increased need for having adequate child care services for parents who are committed to today’s workforce.
