Marshalltown police this week have arrested a male subject accused of engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with a young child.

Fifty-nine-year-old Kenneth Burke was arrested by police Tuesday morning on a charge of 2nd degree sexual abuse involving a child under the age of 12.

According to a police incident report, the arrest was made at an industrial manufacturing facility located on the city’s northeast side.
