The Marshalltown Police Department is investigating some recent burglary and theft incidents which have been reported within the community.

On Wednesday morning, police were notified of a theft incident involving property owned by DeVries Electric Incorporated. According to a police incident report, some miscellaneous equipment items valued at between $1,500 to $10,000 were taken from a company storage building.

On Wednesday, Marshalltown Police also received word of a theft incident involving property owned by US Erectors Incorporated. According to a police incident report, some miscellaneous equipment items valued at between $1,500 to $10,000 were taken form a company storage building.
