The National Systems Contractors Association has announced that Mechdyne Corporation of Marshalltown has received an Excellence in Business Award in the category of “Employee Engagement.”

The Marshalltown company is one of six integration firms across the U.S. to be honored for business excellence by the NSCA, the leading not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry.

Mechdyne Corporation re-evaluates employee-engagement programs every year.  This year, two new initiatives are being rolled out to support teammate development.  The company firmly believes that fulfilling its mission starts at home.
