The Marshalltown Police Department is investigating a recent theft incident which occurred at a Marshalltown area residence.

According to a police incident report, some motor vehicle parts or accessories owned by Brandon Meling were recently stolen from a residence located in the 300 block of South 4th Street.

Police say the items were valued at between $1,500 to $10,000.
