An Ackley man with a known history of engaging in domestic violence was arrested again recently by law enforcement.
Fifty-one-year-old Terry McDole of Ackley was arrested by authorities last week at his Ackley residence, according to a police incident report.
According to the complaint, McDole and a female acquaintance were arguing when the altercation became violent.
McDole faces up to five years in prison on the latest charge.
He has also been charged with violating the term of his probation from a previous sentence that was handed down in December.
McDole was given suspended two- and five-year sentences that could be enforced due to the alleged violation of probation.
As of now, no hearing has been scheduled for the new charges.
