The Nevada Public Library is hosting a Midwest Author Series from April through October, thanks to a $10,000 American Rescue Plan Grant.

The Nevada Public Library was one of 200 libraries nationwide to benefit from the grant fund program.

Humanities Grants for Libraries is an emergency relief program of the American Library Association designed to help libraries that have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Funding comes from the National Endowment for the Humanities through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
