An investigation into a recent domestic incident by Marshalltown Police has resulted in a man being arrested on a domestic abuse assault charge. On April 4th, 20 year old Justin Senethavysouk was arrested by Marshalltown Police on a charge of domestic abuse assault, causing bodily injury.

Marshalltown Police have announced the arrest of a woman accused of engaging in threatening behavior with the intent of inflicting harm on another person or persons. 19 year old Jennifer Gomez was arrested by Marshalltown Police on April 5th, at which time she was formally charge with 2nd degree harassment while threatening bodily injury.

Early Friday morning, Marshalltown Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of South 4th Street. 28 year old Kendall Strait was arrested by Marshalltown Police on charges of domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury; unlawful possession of a prescription controlled substance, marijuana; & possession of contraband in a correctional institution.

Marshalltown Police have filed charges against a woman stemming from a traffic incident that occurred Sunday evening within the Marshalltown city limits. At around 8:20pm, Marshalltown Police responded to a report of an accident in the 1100 block of East Nevada Street. 28 year old Lois Fwanga was arrested by Marshalltown Police on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol & failing to maintain control of her vehicle.
